Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled and motivated HubSpot Lead to join our team. As a HubSpot Specialist, you will be pivotal in leveraging the power of HubSpot's CRM and marketing automation platform to drive our marketing and sales initiatives. Your expertise in HubSpot will be instrumental in optimizing lead generation, nurturing campaigns, and improving our overall customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with digital marketing teams to implement lead nurture and demand generation campaigns utilizing HubSpot's automation software.
- Set up and launch strategic initiatives in HubSpot, such as nurture programs, email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and workflows to shorten the sales cycle and increase inbounds.
- Understanding the entire buyer's journey from awareness, consideration, and decision-making stages to implementing lead nurture campaigns that move leads down the sales funnel.
- Set up reporting in HubSpot to allow the strategic marketing managers to evaluate the success of our marketing campaigns.
- Manage email campaigns from start to finish, including planning, testing, evaluating, and reporting with HubSpot.
- Understand all aspects of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities.
Mandatory Skills
- Act as the primary administrator of our HubSpot instance and contact database
- including the creation and maintenance of workflows, custom fields, reports, dashboard development, and data flow management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience using HubSpot’s marketing and sales CRM platform, with the ability to demonstrate knowledge in building robust automated workflows and reports.
- Experience using Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Data Studio) within a
- business capacity.
- Experience with HubSpot CMS management
- Experience with HubSpot Markup Language (HubL)
- Experience in building online audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of the HubSpot Content Optimization System
